Main Key factor for Corrosion formation is salt content in the water. By using the ElSr system, these salts are separated by precipitating using the electrolysis method. Once the scales removed there is no possibility for scale depositon and following corrosion formation. Hence this ElSr system shall be promoted for corrosion protection.

Once the water enter into the Reactor using the DC Power it precipitate and electrolysed the water and generate the chlorine at anode and all the conductive materials which are key factor for scaling is deposit on the cathode. The attached image with alternative Anode & Cathode with scale are self explanatory.

The processed water has been precipitated and ionised using the electrolysis method. The Chlorine is generated and protecting algae growth and disinfecting the small micro organisms. Also the conductive salts in the water has been removed using the caustic produced by the cathode of Electrolyser.
