Many HVAC industries facing critical problems. One of the major issue is Scale Remover. To arrest the Scale they dose the chemical as per the suggestion of chiller manufacturer and found the Scaling is not formed. Alternatively it is creating another problems like increasing the TDS and increasing the Blow-Down and Electricity.
Tiaano's innovated ELECTROLYTIC SCALE REMOVER (ELSR) without chemical dosing to resolve the critical issues. The same system has been installed in one of the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES (PSN) IN Bangalore. The capacity installed was 4 X 1200 TR (4 X 1094400) to treat 4377600 LPH. After installing ELSR system without chemical dosing, the complete water Circuit & Cooling Tower were running found no scale Formation and Algae growth. After 5 years of operation the Electrodes found the Coating peels off. The same are rectified and installed. The attached image in self – explanatory.
