MANUAL CLEANING CHEMICAL FREE ELECTROLYTIC SCALE REMOVER
The Manual Cleaning Continuous monitoring Chemical Free Electrolytic Scale Remover Model Tiaano ElSr CT-150 has been installed at SHAR Centre Sriharikota. The installed ElSr system was operated for 650 Hours continuously and observed that the Scale formed over the Heater Coil inside HSWS Tank was separated from heating coil and dropped in the bottom of the tank. Algae & slime formation, Waterborne Bacterial growth, Disinfection (prevent legionella), creates an alkaline pH environment that prevents corrosion etc. can be taken care by a single system of Chemical Free Electrolytic Scale Remover ( ElSr) of Tiaano
The Chemical Free Electrolytic process generates a potential for the precipitation of the sparingly soluble salts present in raw water feeds. The highly deleterious effects caused by scale deposition on heat transfer and membrane/Fins surfaces make it essential to incorporate scale control measures in every desalting process.
This Chemical Free Scale remover act as anti scalant. This Electrolytic Scale Remover has been installed and tested at ISRO, Sriharikota for their Mandle Unit. The performance of the same is attached below and self-explanatory.
