MANTLE FOR CASTING & CURING CHAMBER
The heating chamber is mostly comprises of heaters. The water passing through the Mantle is formed as scale over the heater. Due to which, the efficiency of the heater is coming down slowly. Hence the water and electricity is getting expenditure. The water to be electrolyzed using Electrolytic Scale Remover and hence Tiaano’s Chemical Free Electrolytic Scale Remover (ElSr) had been recommended.
The same was installed at SPP facilities and tested by the experienced Engineers and found the scales were separated by ElSr system, perfectly from the heater of heating chamber and also no scale found inside the Mantle and surface of the heater. Also the performance of the ElSr system has been issued by the Senior officials of the Esteemed Organisation. The Attached images are self explanatory:
