1. What is COC? How can it related with the Electrolytic Scale Remover(ElSr)?

Ans.: COC means Cycle of Concentration.  Normally one COC will take 2-3 Hrs. to complete, since there is a salt content in the water.  Once the ElSr is installed, over a period of time this COC will be improved and it will take lesser time and also the electricity will be saved.

2. What is BOD/COD?

Ans.: BOD means Biological Oxygen Demand and COD means Chemical Oxygen Demand

3. What is Scrubbing?

Ans.: Scrubbing means, automatically the scrubber moves/semi rotate and remove the scale which is stick to the cathode. So scrubbed scale shall be taken out through the drain valve for disposal.
