TIAANO’S SOLUTIONS FOR SCALING & ALGAE PROBLEMS FACING BY PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES

One of the Tiaano’s valuable customer, Pharmaceutical Company in Hyderabad using Tiaano’s Electrolytic Scale Remover. They have the cooling towers and facing scaling and algae problems in addition to the large quantity of suspended solids. They were tried by dosing lot of chemicals and unable to remove the scale. The used Tiaano's ElSr system and found separation of scale and disinfecting micro organism and algae growth. They used Chemical Free ElSr system of 200TR (182400 LPH)  capacity for treating 156000 Litres per hour and they found lot of changes.  The ElSr with scale collected  images and ElSr with scale images are as below.

The above image shows the portable Electrolyzers installed in the reservoir of Cooling Tower in Hyderabad. 

After two month’s time by absorbing the voltage & current of ElSr, the Anode has been removed for cleaning purpose.

After removing the Anode, it was found that large quantity of Scale accumulated in the cathode. The image of the collected scale (including TSS) by our reactor shows below. The  color of the scale seems saffron, since there is a ferrous content in the scale.

The accumulated Scale has been removed and again the reactor is ready for process.
