CONTAMINANT (TSS) REMOVAL USING TIAANO’S CHEMICAL FREE ELECTROLYTIC SCALE REMOVER (ELSR)
During the Electrolysis, due to the water ionisation, conductive materials/Salts available in the water getting dissipated and the same will be deposited in the negative element (Cathode). Hence there is no chance for adhering of both permanent and temporary scales in the downstream of our Reactor, so called Heat Exchangers, Condensers, etc. Also the entire cooling tower water circuit will be corrosion free due to this raw water ionisation and removal of conductive salts.
In addition to scale separation, the ElSr system also separate TSS (Total Suspended Solids) which will stick to the cathode, due to Electro chemical Reaction. The TSS will be removed automatically time to time as per the pre-set condition. So the same won’t be pass through the condenser, heat exchanger, etc. The below mentioned Electrochemical Reaction Sketch is self-explanatory.
