Major problem of Cooling Tower Water Treatment & its solution by Tiaano’s Chemical Free Electrolytic Scale Remover
Wherever there is a need for cooling tower, four factors cause concern for engineers & management. They are
1. Corrosion.
2. Scale.
3. Bio-fouling and
4. Micro-organism growth.
Together, they cause major problems in including, health hazards, increased electricity and water consumption, reduction in cooling efficiency & equipment life expectancy.
Until now, the common method of treatment for these problems entailed the use of chemicals which are expensive, environmentally unfriendly and unguaranteed results. However, state of art scale remover, produces oxidants in the water. Prevents, inhibits corrosion, Bio-fouling & scaling, Micro-organism growth and spread of airborne bacteria.
Direct Current flows between the anode and cathode is disassociates the salts available in the water into ions. In the electrochemical reaction, cations are attracted to the Negative pole while Anions are attracted to the positive pole. The cations include calcium combines with carbonate among others-which is the scale builder in the water. In addition, because of reactor has high electric & magnetic field, it change the crystalline structure of calcium molecules. This separated calcium carbonate is being flush out through valve by using minimum water.
