Tiaano ventured and developed a Electrolytic Scale Remover (ElSr), using fresh water / STP treated water make-up. It removes the scale by electrolytic operation without adding chemicals (Zero Chemical). Tiaano has designed & manufactured different types of Electrolytic Scale remover for cooling tower water dis-infection. They are,

The process chemistry of all the ElSr models are same but only the cleaning Procedure is differs. Keeping our users valuable time in mind and to reduce the complications of user, Tiaanois happy to proclaim a new cleaning tool for our Manual cleaning ElSr system. By this tool, the sedimented scale on the reactor wall which is absorbed by cathode is cleaned by friendly mode and it is made out of Steel. By using wrench the cleaning tool will be operated and clean all the sedimented scale which can be collected by placing a tray at the bottom of the reactor. User can place the tool in different position to clean entire scale without any complications.
