Electrolytic Scale Remover to Protect Corrosion
- Due to Oxidation, metal or alloy gradually destructing is called Corrosion. Also in Hot steam bath, the small particles make a puncture of tube.
- To avoid such situation, the chemical free Electrolytic Scale Remover (ElSr) has been innovated.
- By using this system, the corrosion is protected and corrosivity of water increases as pH increase. Corrosion layer is compromised at Low & High pH at higher temperatures. So ElSr protecting and maintains & compromise/
- Always the value of pH between 7 & 10 shall be consider as lower rate of corrosion.
- Point to be noted, corrosivity of water increases as conductivity increases.
Conductivity increases, Blow down increases. By using ElSr system though conductivity increases, Blow down shall be extended till the set point, which is comparatively very high considering the Chemical dose
