M/s. Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd., Village-Baliguma, PO-Kolabira, Dist-Seraikela-kharsawan (Jharkhand) have installed our Chemical free Self-Cleaning Electrolytic Scale Remover system for Cooling Tower Water Treatment.
Customer achieved the following benefits after the installation of ElSr.
v No Scale Formation in the pipes and heat ex-changers after installation of the system. The cleaning interval of the equipment has decreased and has become effortless.
v The scale previously formed before the installation of the ElSr has also been cleaned off.
v No algae formation in the downstream of the ElSr system due to production of Chlorine in the system.
v Increase in COC of the cooling tower due to TDS reduction resulting in lesser water blow down.
v pH level of tower is maintained resulting in less corrosion of the M.S. piping.
