COOLING TOWER SCALE REMOVER SYSTEM WITHOUT DOSING CHEMICAL
All the industries, cooling tower utilities were using chemicals as an anti scalant. Due to this antiscalant, the TDS increasing and hence they are about to do the Blow Down frequently. In this scenario, higher on water expense, electrical energy expense, manpower.
Tiaano’s Chemical Free Electrolytic scale remover (ElSr) replace the complete anti scalant system and working without chemical dosing. So, the TDS (Conductivity) shall be extended till 5500 PPM (8500 Micro Siemens/cm) to do the blow down. So there is a savings on Chemical, Electrical energy, and water. Also system generate insitu Chlorine and disinfecting the micro orgnanisms and algae and further the COC will be increased.
