TECHNICAL DETAILS OF REACTOR ASSEMBLY
- Reactor with in situ Electrolyzer skid to be installed in a well-ventilated area under the shed near the cooling tower.
- DC In coming power to be extended through the control panel.
- AC Power Termination to be done for the Self Cleaning Drive to rotate its shaft & Cathode assembly.
- Earthing Electrodes are installed along with the Flange assembly of Reactors to suppress the power leakage.
- Connect all pipe lines of water inlet, outlet and drain with their respective lines will be connected at site.
- Ensure all fasteners are properly tightened.
- The electrode terminals of the reactor to be connected to the rectifier terminals using DC cable. If not, then connect them as follows,
a) Rectifier Positive → Anode Bus bar (Red cable)
b) Rectifier Negative → Cathode Bus bar (Black cable)
- Initially test with water and check any leakage in the piping system so that necessary rectification work can be carried out Or else, the reactor shall be replaced in the existing position and proceed on operation.
