Formation of Scale in Boilers /Cooling towers and its impacts
The common impurities in the water can leads to the formation of Scale in the water circuits. In due course the deposit of scale in boilers and Cooling towers, results reduction in heat transfer. One mm thick of Scaling will cause for 30% more energy consumption.

In order to overcome this problem, Tiaano Introduced Chemical Free Electrolytic Scale Remover (ElSr), using fresh water /STP treated water make-up. It removes the scale by electrolytic Operation without adding any chemicals (zero Chemical). It generates oxidant in the water; oxidant miligate the corrosion, Bio-fouling, Microorganism growth, Scaling & Spread of airborne bacteria.
Because of ionization in ElSr, scale precipitation occurs; Once the Scale precipitated , it never adheres to the Boilers / cooling tower water distribution system – it leads no further scale build-up, slowly the existing scales peel out in due course; resulting maintain or less than the former value of ‘Delta T’ and approach. Thus the Electricity is saved.
